Freda (Callahan) Wyatt of Richmond went home to be with the Lord on April 27, 2023, at her son's home in Bluffton. She was born January 30, 1938, in Jackson County, Kentucky to Bill and Betty (Tusey) Callahan and lived in Richmond most of her life. She retired from Nettle Creek Industries and was a member of The Pentecostal Tabernacle Church.
Freda is survived by her three perfect sons Donald (Gene) (Carla) Wyatt Jr and Ronald Dean (Denise) Wyatt of Richmond and Jeffrey Dwayne (Deborah) Wyatt of Bluffton, seven grandchildren Jonathon (Erica) Wyatt, Noah (Bambi) Wyatt, Rebekah (Kily) Wood, Amanda (Joshua) Sargent, Lauren Wyatt, Grace (Ethan) Sommerfeld, and Gabriel (Marie) Wyatt, thirteen great-grandchildren Rosabelle Wyatt, Carson Wyatt, Cody Wyatt, William Wyatt, Kala Wyatt, Kara Wyatt, Kyleeanne Wood, Konner Wood, Karlee Wood, Katelyn Sargent, Genevieve Sargent, Eleanor Sargent, and Elliana Joy Sommerfeld, three brothers Clyde (Penny) Callahan, Harold (Norma) Callahan, and Raleigh (Sue Gail) of Richmond, one sister Edith (Ed) Parker of Richmond, many nieces and nephews and the entire Wyatt Family on Don's side plus her friends.
Her husband Donald who she married June 16, 1956, died on December 13, 2020, She was also preceded in death by her parents and her other brothers and sisters Bernice Callahan, Ethel (Thea) Wilder, Dorothy (Farris) Brandenburg, George (Hazel) Callahan, JR Callahan, Perry (Yvonne) Callahan, Irene (Williams) Blevins, and Bill Callahan.
Funeral services for Freda will be at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday May 3, 2023, with Rev. Tim Smith and Rev. Tyler Luck officiating at The Pentecostal Tabernacle Church 480 West Eaton Pike Richmond with burial in Earlham Cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Tuesday and from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at the church. Online condolences may be shared with the family via the guest book at stegallberheideorr.com.
