Everett Lee Jarvis 88 of Richmond died April 25, 2022, at Reid Health. He was born February 21, 1934, in London, Kentucky to Maynard and Nannie Crawford Jarvis and lived here most of his life. he retired after working 40 years at Alcoa in management.

He attended Ball State University and was an Army veteran of the Korean War era. Everett was an avid golfer and enjoyed gardening and creating Bonzai trees.

Survivors include his two sons Jeff (Marie) Jarvis of Dublin, Ohio, and Joe (Kathy) Jarvis of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, one grandson Zachary Jarvis, his sister-in-law Pat Jarvis, and nieces, and nephews. His wife Bobbie died in 2018 and is also preceded in death by his brother Ernie.

Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday, April 28, 2022, at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home 222 North 10th Street with Rev. Martin Holman officiating. Entombment will be in Earlham Cemetery, with military honors by the Wayne County Honor Guard. Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
