Obituary

Elizabeth Ann Bragg 40 of Fountain City passed away unexpectedly on February 21, 2024. She was born September 7, 1983, in Richmond to Jack Phillips and Tina Stapleton Reynolds and lived in this area all of her life.

Elizabeth was a member of Ravina Park Baptist Church and held the Serenity Prayer close to her heart

God, grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change,
the courage to change the things I can,
and the wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time,
enjoying one moment at a time;
accepting hardship as a pathway to peace;
taking, as Jesus did,
this sinful world as it is,
not as I would have it;
trusting that You will make all things right
if I surrender to Your will;
so that I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with You forever in the next.

Amen.

Elizabeth loved hummingbirds and rescuing kittens.

She leaves behind her parents, two daughters Marissa Middleton, and Bryanna Bragg, one son Thomas Middleton, two brothers Bo Phillips and Thomas Brown, her uncle Ray (Beth) Stapleton, her great aunt Patsy Delay, one cousin Conner Stapleton, and a special friend Joseph Freeman.

She is preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents and one cousin Grant Stapleton.
