Elizabeth "Betty" Ann (Sena) Cahill, 98, of Richmond, Indiana, passed away at Vancrest Health Center of Eaton, Ohio, on February 19, 2025. She was born on August 27, 1926, to the late Rocco and Mary Sena, and graduated from Richmond High School in 1945. While growing up, Betty enjoyed working at her father's shop, Rocco's Tailoring & Tailor, in Richmond, Indiana. She was employed at People's Savings & Loans Bank following high school.

Betty married James Cahill on April 14, 1951. After marrying, she and her husband, James, farmed in New Paris, OH, for 44 years, where they raised their four children. She was a devout member of St. John's Catholic Church in New Paris, OH, where she was a member of the St. Ann Sodality. Betty was also the last living member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, which she joined in the 1940s. She loved to share stories about her childhood and her Italian heritage. Betty was a loving sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be greatly missed by those who knew her.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband, James Cahill; siblings, Lena Imperial, Andrew Imperial, Mary Imperial, Angelina Sena, and Norma Jacobs; and grandson, Clint Ramsey.

She is survived by her children, John Cahill, Cathy (Tom) Morrow, Mary Mayberry, and Jim (Kim) Cahill; grandchildren, Andy (Beth) Morrow, Miranda (Griffin) Clark, Mackenzie (David) Hall, Zach (Paige) Ramsey, Michael Brewer, and Zach Mayberry; great-grandchildren, Wyatt Morrow, Dylan Morrow, Kylee Kirklin, Jameson Kirklin, Adeline Hall, and River Clark; sister, Joan Hopkins; and several nieces and nephews.

Liturgy of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. at St. Mary's Catholic Church 720 North A Street in Richmond with Rev. Sengole Gananaj officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home, 222 North 10th Street, Richmond.
