Dylan Harley Duggan 29 passed away unexpectedly on October 30, 2023, at his home in Noblesville, Indiana.

He was born February 17, 1994, in Littleton, Colorado to Shawn and Kimberly Watt Duggan; he lived in this area for the last 20 years.

Dylan attended Gospel Baptist Church in New Paris, Ohio; he graduated from Richmond High School in 2012 and was an Air Force Veteran.

He worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Reid Health and was attending Butler University where he was enrolled in the PA studies program class of 2024.

Dylan loved spending time with his family and loved his cats; he also enjoyed snowboarding, mountain climbing, traveling, Hockey, playing video games, Jiu Jitsu, and he had his skydiving license.

He is survived by his mother Kim Duggan of Richmond, one sister Hunter Duggan of Indianapolis, The love of his life Kearstin Allen of Indianapolis, his grandmother Dixie Watt, three aunts Julie Watt, Sherry Watt, Amy Watt, five cousins Melissa, Justin, Tyler, Bailey, Bentley, and his cat Philly Boy.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather Pastor Richard Watt, and his beloved cat Patty.
