Donna Pauline Simpson-Scheer, 72, Richmond, passed from this life at her home surrounded by her family on Wednesday, February 24, 2021.

She was born on August 2, 1948, at Reid Memorial Hospital. She was the daughter of Orville J. and Hazel Irene (Bane) Willis. She was a life-long resident of Richmond. She was married to Bruce L. Scheer on September 20, 1997.

Donna retired from Belden in 2004 where she was a Braider Operator. She was a member of the Belden 25-year Club.

She will be missed by her husband, Bruce; daughters, Tina Neece of Webster; Angel Martin of Richmond; Tammy Geary of West Newton, Pennsylvania, and son, Tod Scheer of Delphos, Ohio. She is also survived by grandchildren, Christina Simpson of New Orleans, Louisiana; Michael Simpson, II of Tacoma, Washington, Eric Toschlog of Richmond; Storm Pippin of Richmond; Mark Toschlog, II of Richmond; Alexis Scheer of Lima, Ohio; Caleb Behanna, of Pennsylvania; Jessica Marchman of Ohio. Great-Grandchildren, Gabriella, Javon, Mason, Aubrey, Elianna, and Rayden.  She is also survived by her brother, Donald Joe Willis of Bend, Oregon. She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Ralph Willis and Johnie Lee Willis

Donna's wishes were not to have any public funeral services. She wanted her friends and family to remember her in life as she lived.
