Donna Jean Horn, 62, of Richmond, passed away September 19, 2021, at Reid Health after a long illness. She was born March 18, 1959, in Winchester, to Carl and Marian Kelly Gilbert and lived in this area most of her life.

She was a Navy wife and a homemaker; a shooting star whose light has faded for all but those whose lives she touched. Her light will continue to burn brightly in our hearts and in our souls.

Donna is survived by her Father Carl (Kim) Gilbert of Texas, her husband of 41 years Jeff Horn, one daughter Jeanna Horn, three sisters Patricia Ann Lugar, Joni Sue (Chuck Hill) Wene, and Carla Jo Durham all of Richmond; several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her mother and one sister Kelly Jo Gilbert.

Services will be 12:00 PM Saturday, October 16, 2021, at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Bill Hill officiating; burial will be at Fairview Cemetery in Gratis, Ohio. Friends may call from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home.

Due to COVID; if you choose not to attend Donna's Memorial please be comforted in knowing the love that she had for you, and the fact that she knew the love that you had for her. Your safety and the safety of your children, family, and friends would be utmost in her mind.
