Donald D. "Donnie" Rush Sr. 76 of Richmond died March 6, 2021, at Ambassador Health Care in Centerville. He was born March 7, 1944, in Connersville to Marshall and Goldie Howell Rush and lived here since 1964. He worked as a tree trimmer for Foister Miracle Tree Service, Whitewater Tree Service, and Hampton Tree Service, and was an Army veteran.

Survivors include three sons Billy James, Donald James, and Donald Rush Jr. of Richmond, his grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, six brothers and sisters Ron (Darlene) Carter of Richmond, Jeannie (Ray) Milligan, Karen Rush, David Rush, and Joanne Rush of Connersville, and Tina Cooper of Franklin Ohio, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by one daughter Sarah Rush, his parents, one sister Sharon Rush, and one brother Charles Rush.

Commital services will be 1:00 P.M. at the Earlham Memorial Mausoleum with military rites by the Wayne County Veterans Honor Guard. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery.
