Dean J. Fellers, 63, of Richmond, passed away on July 4, 2026. He was born on October 11, 1962, in Richmond, Indiana, to Junior Fellers and Harriett (Greene) Marquis.

Dean enjoyed playing softball with his dad when he was younger and continued playing in numerous leagues throughout Indianapolis as he got older. He looked forward to weekend trips to Morehead, Kentucky, where he loved fishing on Cave Run Lake in hopes of catching a big musky. Known affectionately as "Papaw Dean," he treasured spending time with his grandchildren and loved having his best friend, Tiny, by his side.

In addition to his mother, Harriett Marquis, Dean was preceded in death by his Son, Zach Fellers; Brother, Ron Fellers; Mother-in-law, Alice McKay; Brothers-in-law, Bobby Maiden and Terry Bufford

Dean is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Tina (McClurg) Fellers; Daughters, Jeni (Mark) Fellers and Zoe Fellers his father, Junior "Jr." Fellers and stepmother, Marsha Fellers; Sisters, Patti Maiden, Carol Bufford, and Connie (Dean) Lewis; Stepbrother, Greg (Angie) Blair; Sister-in-law, Kim (Jim) Brown;  Brother-in-law, Kevin (Cursti) McClurg;  Six beloved grandchildren: Lilly, Bentley, Amiya, Jo Jo, Chandler, and Londyn; along with several aunts, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews
