Dawn Michelle Petry 59 of Richmond died August 23, 2020 at her home after a short illness. She was born April 9, 1961 in New Castle to Ralph and Alice Brandenburg Cochran and lived here most of her life. She worked at a dietary cook. She enjoyed singing, playing guitar, cooking, animals, and reading.

Survivors include her partner Amy Day, two brothers Tom and Stephen Cochran, her sister Roxanne Pugh, nieces and nephews. Her parents are deceased.
