Darlene F. Powell 58 of Richmond passed away October 14, 2024 at Reid Health after a long illness. She was born March 8, 1966 in New Castle to Russell Thomas and Marsha Amabisca Miller and lived in this area all of her life.

She was a homemaker.

Her four children survive Darlene (Erin (Mark) Lamb, Kenneth Lee (Tracie) Powell, Timothy Matthew (Ashley) Powell, Kelsey Lynn Christie, three grandchildren Serenity Cummins, Tyler Jinks, Elexis Carico, five brother's and sister's Karen Keeton, Ray McCulley, Roy McCulley, Ronnie McCulley and Tina Miller; several nieces and nephews, including a special niece Chasity DeFevers and a special nephew Billy Jinks.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Kenneth who died in 2022, one son Joshua Powell, one daughter Krystal Powell.

Services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday October 22, 2024 at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Webb officiating; burial will be in Goshen Cemetery.
