Dale L. Werner 71 of Richmond died after a short illness as a result of Covid at Kindred Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. He was born March 7, 1950, in Whitewater to Harry and Frances Teetzel Werner and lived here all his life. He worked at the Wal-Mart Tire and Lube Center.

Survivors include his wife Kelly, one son Roy Dishner (Desma Brooks), two step-sons Kevin Glunt and Brandon (Mikala) Glunt. two granddaughters Paige and Alexis, one great-granddaughter Olivia, one sister Frances Werner, two brothers Russ Werner, Bill Werner, and nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, five brothers Harry Jr., Robert Sr., Fred, Jim, and Tom Werner; three sisters Cathryn Cates, Dorothy Allen, and Emma Wilt.

A celebration of life will be held at 3:00 P.M. Saturday, October 2 2021  at Middlefork Reservoir. Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral home is handling arrangements. Online condolences may be sent to the family via the guest book at stegallberheideorr.com.
