Cherie Renee Thacker 31 of Richmond died September 12, 2022, at her home. She was born August 26, 1991, in Richmond to Phillip May and Deborah Street White  and lived here all her life. She was a homemaker.

Cherie is survived by her children Aiden Scott Roark, Madelynn Marie Roark, and Macey Kay Roark, her mother and stepfather Deborah Street White and Ronnie White Sr., three sisters Destiny Moore, Sarah White, and Faith White, three brothers Sid Clayman, Ronnie White Jr., and Robert White, her grandmother Evelyn Hiatt, aunts, uncles, cousins, several nieces and nephews, and many friends. She is preceded in death by her father Phillip May, her grandmother Gail May, her aunt Angela May, and her boyfriend Brandon Perry.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Rev Chris Monaghan officiating.
