Charles M. "Chuck" Downing 73 of Richmond passed away at his home December 23, 2024. He was born May 3, 1951 in Richmond to "Woody" and Delores Parker Downing Boggs and lived here most of his life.

Chuck was a Jack of all Trades and enjoyed gardening.

He is survived by his companion and spouse of 31 years, Lisa Spears, one daughter Amanda Jane, three son's Charles Jr., Dustin (Stefani), James (Hally), five grandchildren, three brothers Brian Green, Doug Green, Greg Gray, several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents.
