Catherine V. (Kopp) Arroyo, 64 of Richmond, passed away on September 26, 2025 at Reid Hospital. She was born on April 11, 1961 to the late Albert and Mary (Miller) Kopp in Chicago, IL.

Catherine enjoyed Pepsi, loved animals and enjoyed spending time with her family oh did I mention Pepsi In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Jose E Arroyo son Kevin A Arroyo grandkids Vanessa and Johnny Peluyera several nieces and nephews Left to cherish her memory is her children, Michael (Brandi) Arroyo Kelly Arroyo grandkids Michael, Robert, Trista, Cayden; siblings, Cheryl (Angel) Torres, Tracy Martinez, Albert (Cathrine) Kopp III, Virginia (David) Talley; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.   A celebration of Catherine's life will be held at a later date.
