Carolyn Jean Lowe 83 of Richmond passed away October 3, 2026, at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis. She was born in Richmond to John and Dorothy Toschlog Bailey and lived here all her life.

Carolyn graduated from Richmond Highschool and worked as a CNA.

She was a member of Living Faith Church of God.

Carolyn enjoyed playing cards, especially Euchre at the Richmond Senior Center.

She is survived by her four daughters Lissa (Chris) Young of Washington, Connie (Bryan) Mull of Ohio, Mindy Lowe and Paula Lowe both of Indiana, seven grandchildren Jason, Shawn, Christopher, Michael, Joshua, Trey, Solomon, six great grandchildren Jacoby, Joseph, Macy, Makenna, Oliver, Eliza; two sisters Patty Bailey of Florida, Janet Sturgeon of Indiana, several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Paul who died in 1996.

Services for Carolyn will be Thursday 7:00 PM October 22, 2026, at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home; a private burial will be in Glen Haven Cemetery Friday October 23, 2026.
