Carolyn Elizabeth Davis 75 of Modoc, died July 16, 2020 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. She was born January 21, 1945 in Greenville, Ohio to Clarence and Denzil Harvey Brantley and lived in this area all of her life.

She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Dale Michael Davis Sr., three children Juanita (Don) Spencer of Winchester, Dale Michael "Mike" Davis Jr., of Modoc, Yvonne David of Fairfield Township, Ohio, three grandchildren Kyle, Sydney, Ryan, three great grandchildren with one on the way, two sisters Judy  Ann Thorton, Joyce Shilts, one step brother Don Harvey.

She is preceded in death by her parents and one brother Keith Harvey.

Services will be 1:00PM Tuesday July 21, 2020 at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Rev. Doug Shilts officiating. A private burial will be held in Hollandsburg Cemetery at a later date. Friends may call from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Tuesday at the Funeral Home.
