Carol Williams

Carol Estella Williams, 69, of Hagerstown died Sunday August 30, 2026, at her home. She was born June 6, 1957, in Trenton New Jersey to Russell and Mary Burroughs Tully. She worked as a legal secretary.

Carol is survived by her two daughters Alyssa (Rhett) Rayburn and Jennifer (Matthew) Green, her grandchildren Madelyn, Olivia, Isabella, Hunter and Logan Green, her brothers and sisters Phyllis Kaelin, Patrick Burroughs, Russell Burroughs, Dawn Lainhart, Betty McCaskill, and Kathy Witherite, nieces and nephews and her husband Leo.
