Carol Hollingsworth, 65 of Richmond, passed away after a long illness, April 25, 2026, at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born on June 2, 1960, in Richmond to James "Jim" and Joyce Chamness Hollingsworth and lived here all of her life.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.

Carol received her A.S. in accounting from the Indiana Business College and retired from Motion Industries.

She is survived by two brothers, Dennis Hollingsworth and Dan Hollingsworth, both of Richmond; one half-brother, Able Loaiza of Fountain City; one half-sister, Chelsea Loaiza; six nieces and nephews, Lucas (Sara), Ashley (Greg), Isaiah, Emma Elisabeth, and Nicholas. She is also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Services for Carol will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, May 2, 2026 at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Ackenback officiating; a private inurnment will be held at a later date.
