Carleen Coddington 82 of Richmond died September 13, 2023, at the Brickyard Health Center. She was born August 27, 1941, in Richmond to Carl and Gladys Louse Lane Vanderpool and has lived here all her life. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant and was a graduate of Richmond High School.

Survivors include her two sons Mike (Holly) Coddington and Duane Coddington her grandchildren, one brother Bill (Carol) Vanderpool nieces and nephews, her sister-in-law Jackie Vanderpool, and many special friends. Her husband Michael Albert Coddington died in 1979. She is also preceded in death by her brothers Tim Vanderpool and Guy Vanderpool.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 23, 2023, at 1:00 P.M. at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home. Friends may call from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
