Brian Keith Mundhenk, age 30, passed away at his home in Corpus Christi, Texas, on February 16, 2026.

Born in Richmond, Indiana, Brian was a man of character and quiet strength. A graduate of Richmond High School, he carried the values of his hometown with him throughout his life and into his dedicated service to his country.

Brian served with honor and distinction in the United States Marine Corps. His commitment to duty, his fellow Marines, Family, and the core values of the Corps was a defining part of his life. He lived with the discipline and courage of a Marine, embodying the spirit of Semper Fidelis—Always Faithful—in all he did.

Following his military service, Brian transitioned his skills to the civilian sector, where he worked in aviation airframe and maintenance. He was known for his technical expertise and the meticulous care he brought to his work, ensuring the safety and excellence of every aircraft he touched. His professional life was a testament to his precision and his ability to solve complex problems under pressure.

He is survived by Frances F. Mundhenk (mother), Brian L. Mundhenk (Father), Connor E. Mundhenk, his brothers, Solomon S. Murphy, Dillon Murphy, Ivan Mitchell, Uncle Errol Huffman, Uncle Greg Mundhenk, several cousins, and a community of friends and brothers-in-arms who will miss his presence dearly. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Patsy A. Evans and his grandfather, Jack C. Evans, Grandma Karen Mundhenk, and Uncle Ryan Mundhenk.

Funeral services will be private. Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
