Betty Rosalee McConkey 85 of Richmond died Thursday, December 3, 2020, at Reid Health. She was born May 5, 1935, in Richmond to Thomas B. and Lyda Lorene Reed Campbell and lived here all her life. She was a Nurse, worked at Dillard's Department Store, and volunteered at Reid Health. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, heading the Fellowship Committee.

Betty is survived by one sister Alberta Baldwin, two children Danny Hale and Delayna Moore, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Her husband Dale, who she married on August 18, 1961, died on November 18, 2010. She is preceded in death by two sisters Mildred Pence and Ollie Jackson, five brothers Harold, Dorsie, Eddie, Bill, and Harry Campbell, two half brothers John and Raymond Campbell, one half-sister Alice Ramey, and one son Fred Allen.
