Beatrice Dooley Chamness 93 of Richmond, a loving wife, mother, grandma, great-grandma, sister, and aunt died January 17, 2021, at Arbor Trace. She was born March 6, 1927, in Wildie, Kentucky to James B. and Eva Pennington Dooley and lived here most of her life. She retired from Earlham College.

Survivors include her son Joe (Marcie) Chamness of Richmond, her son-in-law Curt Albert five grandchildren David (Brenda) Albert, Steven (Jill) Chamness, Amy (Bill) Kemerer, Sara (James) Dungan, and Benjamin Chamness ten great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Her husband Earl died in 2006. She is also preceded in death by one daughter Sherry Albert, her parents, six brothers, and three sisters.

Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family.
