Annabelle Bailey age 74 of Richmond went to be with the Lord on July 15, 2022, at Reid Health with her family at her side. She was born January 2, 1948, in Magoffin County, Kentucky to Clyde and Cynthia Miller Allen and lived here most of her life. She was a homemaker and worked as an aide at Honey Bear Day Care. She was a member of the Straight Line Pike Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include her husband of 55 years Donald, and four sons James Bailey, Phillip Bailey, Mark (April) Bailey of Richmond, and Cameron (Jamie) Arnett of Moraine, Ohio, and three grandchildren Canaan Arnett, Mark Bailey Jr., and Justin Bailey, one great-grandchild Easton Bailey, two brothers Warnie Allen and Rick (Paula) Allen, one sister Mazie (Freeman) Williams, nieces, and nephews, and a special friend Cora Allen. She is preceded in death by her parents and other brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 23, 2022, at the Straight Line Pike Pentecostal Church with Rev. John Shepherd officiating. The burial will be in Goshen Cemetery.
