Amos Davidson 92 of Richmond passed away July 11, 2023, at Reid Health. He was born August 31, 1930, in Egypt, Kentucky to George and Viola Whitaker Davidson and lived in Richmond most of his life.

Amos retired from Wayne Corp. after 30 years; in 1992 he opened Midtown Cars.

He loved going to car auctions and attending vintage car shows; he has traveled to twenty-one countries.

Amos loved spending time with his family and never met a stranger.

Amos is survived by his wife of 12 years Marsha Davidson, one son Rick Davidson, three grandchildren Tiffany Davidson, Brittany (Jeremy) Anderson, Mistina (Winford) Day, four great-grandchildren Cameron Day, Noah Anderson, Nevaeh Anderson, Tylynn Anderson, two great-great-grandchildren Stella Day, and Charlie Day; three sisters Mallie (Fred) Hensley, Vonda Miracle, Shirlene (Bob) McKnight, one brother Donnie (Sharon) Davidson, several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, two sons Nick Davidson, and Timothy Davidson, one daughter Lella Hooker, two brothers Andrew Davidson, and Dane Davidson, one sister Bernice Belt, and his first wife Virgie L. Davidson.

Services will be 1:00 PM Monday, July 24, 2023, at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Rev. Henry Weaver officiating; burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.
