Alice Marie Pierson age 74 of Richmond passed away January 14, 2024, at Ambassador Health Care in Centerville. She was born April 26, 1949, in Richmond to Otis and Mildred Lady and lived here all her life. Alice Loved to travel and lived in many of the states in America and Germany. She was a seamstress at Nettle Creek Industries and was a member of their bowling team. She also spent some years at Cinram printing music discs.

She enjoyed the experience of owning her own side business and meeting people at her vendor booth at Levi Coffin Days and other events. Her heart was filled with the love of Jesus even though she was unable to attend church in her final days. Alice's true life enjoyment was being a mom, grandma, great grandma, sister, and aunt. She is preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Pierson, two brothers Bobby and Bo Lady, her granddaughter Kyler (Nikki) Mock, her parents, and other relatives and friends.

Survivors include her four children William "Billy" Perry, Terry Perry, Sharon Rudy, and Daniel Perry, ten grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, three sisters Emma (George) Rader, Debbie (Orban) Damrell, and Tammie Parker, nieces and nephews all of whom she loved with all her heart.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, January 22, 2024, at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Rev David Eales officiating. Her burial will be in Goshen Cemetery.
