Adam Joseph Groves, age 41, of Richmond, passed away unexpectedly on May 6, 2026. Adam was born on February 10, 1985, and raised in Richmond to Dennis Hollingsworth and Teddi Groves Hines.

He worked at Phillips Tubs, Wal-Mart, in TLE, SunCall, Dots Foods, and DoorDash. He was a backyard misc auto care and Foraken Forest. His favorite hobbies were working on cars and being a father.

Adam is survived by his son Colton Groves, his father Dennis Hollingsworth, his brothers and sister, Lucas (Sara) Hollingsworth, Ashley (Greg) Northern, Mike Hines, and Isaiah Hollingsworth, his aunts Laurie (Donnie) Miller, Lisa (Jim) Peters, his uncles Floyd (Sharon) Groves, Daniel (Tina) Hollingsworth, cousins, and nieces and nephews.

Adam is meeting his loving mother, Teddi Groves Hines, aunts Marseda Groves and Carol Hollingsworth, uncles Mark Groves, Eric Groves, Jon Groves his brother Mathew Groves, his grandparents, and more aunts and uncles.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday May 23, 2026 in Crown Hill Cemetery at 1:00 P.M. Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Service is handling arrangements. Condolences may be shared online via the guest book at stegallberheideorr.com.
