Tommy Tout Sr. 61 of Richmond died February 25, 2013 at his home after a short illness. He was born January 27, 1952 in Richmond to Raymond and Joan Ryan Tout and lived in Richmond all his life.

He retired from Milestone Paving, and was an Army veteran. He was a member of the Fountain City Wesleyan Church, Kirk Little VFW Post #1108, and Harry Ray American Legion Post #65. Tommy was an avid fisherman and hunter.

Survivors include his six children Tammy Tout (Brian Swank), Tommy (Dashell) Tout Jr., Jennifer (James) Hampton, Jack (Christie) Wampler of Richmond, Jamie (Glenn) Brown of San Diego, California, and Lucas Tout of Richmond, 14 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 1 sister Terrie (Jerry) Griffith of Richmond, nieces and nephews, aunts uncles, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by 1 grandson Joshua Tout, his parents, and 3 brothers, Jimmy, Michael, and Stacy Tout.

Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Friday March 1, 2013 at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Rev. David Anderson officiating. Burial with military rites will be in Goshen Cemetery.
