Richard C. “Rich” Pippin 46 of Richmond died February 15, 2013 at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio after a short illness. He was born August 24, 1966 in Richmond to Charles and Cheryl Reid Pippin and lived here all his life.
He was the owner of Pippin’s Handyman Service, and a member of Stone Valley Church. Rich enjoyed motorcycles and hot rods.
Survivors include his wife of 20 years Angel, three children Storm (Taylor) Pippin, Richard James Pippin, of Richmond, Christina Simpson of New Orleans, Louisiana, one grandson Javon Marcus Simpson, his parents of Richmond, five brothers and sisters Cherie (John) Williams of Richmond, Natasha (Billy) Ninde of Greenwood, Scott (Carolyn) Pippin and Chad (Gina) Pippin of Hagerstown, and Chris (Heidi) Pippin of Fountain City, nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday February 22, 2013 at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Harold Sparks officiating. Friends may call 4-8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
