Bonnie Jean Stonebraker

Bonnie Jean Stonebraker of Richmond went home to her Father’s house Saturday morning February 2, 2013 surrounded by her husband and children. She was born September 30, 1942 in Williamsburg, Indiana to William Kelly and Alma Vera Johnson Thomas.

She was a wonderful mother in the natural and spiritual mother to many! Her mandate, mission, and calling, was to be a teacher and to win souls for the Kingdom. She fulfilled this calling with honor and integrity in the spirit of Excellence. She was a talented creator, artist, and musician. She and her whole house are saved as a witness to her devoted service to God.

Survivors include her husband and love of her life of 51 years, Roger Lee Stonebraker, three children Sherri (Brian) Sanford of Richmond, Michael (Jennifer) Stonebraker of Richmond, and Tammy (Jeff) Capps of Williamsburg, six grandchildren April, Michael, Matthew, Katie, Levi, and Noah, three great grandchildren, three brothers Linn (Debbie) Thomas of Indianapolis, Leon (Shirley) Thomas of Richmond, and Bob (Sue) Thomas of Modoc, nieces and nephews. She was beaten to the pearly gates by her parents and one sister Carolyn Sue Thomas.

Special thanks to Linn and Debbie Thomas, who were always there on call. Verna Disney and Jan Hawk who helped take special care of Bonnie, as well as Mary Barton from Aseracare Hospice, what a ministry.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday February 8, 2013 at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Parrish and Michael and Jennifer officiating. Burial will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Friends may call 4-7 PM Thursday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be given to Voice of Evangelism P.O. Box 3595 Cleveland, Tennessee 37320, www.voe.org. Condolences may be sent to the family via the guest book at www.stegallberheideorr.com.
