Matt Toney 71 of Richmond died January 28, 2013 after a long illness. He was born July 28, 1941 in Richmond to Marvin and Zeffie Bailey Toney and live her all of his life. He formerly worked for NATCO. He is survived by his wife Barbara Toney and three children. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
