Marion A. Travis 92 of Richmond died November 4, 2012 at Reid Hospital after a short illness. She was born April 12, 1920 in New York City, New York to Rufus and Rose Nachtrab Travis and lived in New York and Richmond most of her life.

She retired from NCR in 1972 and formerly worked for Knollenberg’s Department Store. She was a member of First Christian Church. She enjoyed building doll houses and was a member of the Miniature Club, and the Red Hats.

She is survived by many cousins including John Nachtrab of Millerspoint, Ohio, Frank Nachtrab of Seldon, New York, and Ruth parker of Raleigh, North Carolina.

Memorial services will be 4:00 PM Tuesday November 20, 2012 at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home, with Rev. Amanda Hines officiating. Friends may call 3-4 PM Tuesday November 20, 2012 at the funeral home.
