William Franklin “Big Red” Baldwin 81 of New Paris, Ohio died October 16, 2012 at Reid Hospital. He was born December 19, 1930 in Laurel County, Kentucky to C. N. "Charlie" and Grace Fullerton Baldwin and had lived in the Richmond and New Paris area over 60 years. He retired from Wayne Corporation.

Survivors include his daughter Teresa (Richard) Isaacs of New Paris, Ohio, two grandchildren Sara and Jessica Isaacs of New Paris, Ohio, one brother David Baldwin of Chicago, Illinois, three sisters And Hunter of Cincinnati, Ohio, Nancy Feltner of London, Kentucky, and Sandy Herron of Burnside, Kentucky, nieces and nephews, and his fishing buddy Bob Patton.

His wife Lucille died June 11, 2012. He is also preceded in death by his parents and other brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be 12:00 P.M. Saturday October 20, 2012 at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home. Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery. Friends may call 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
