Dorothy Irene Traylor 79 of Richmond died October 15, 2012 at Rosebud Nursing Home after a short illness. She was born July 3, 1933 in Liberty to William Blain and Mary Peck Cooley and lived here for 45 years.

She was employed at Wal-Mart where she worked 10 years as a door greeter. She was a former member of The Church of the Open Door.

She leaves behind six children Kathy Jo Traylor of Richmond, Karin Jean (Mark) Millis of Bargersville, Kimmie Jaye (Jack) McCracken of Richmond, Kelly Jane Dietz of Lapel, Jay Willard McFarland of Bloomington, Mary Jo (Juan) Rodriguez of Indy, seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brother, and sister.

Services will be 1PM Thursday, October 18, 2012 at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Pastor Anthony White officiating, burial will be in Goshen Cemetery. Friends may call 11AM to 1PM Thursday at the funeral home. Condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.stegallberheideorr.com
